Slow Cooker Beef Burgundy
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. stew meat, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Sauer's Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Sauer's Parsley Flakes
- 2 Sauer's Bay Leaves
- 1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
- 2 cups burgundy or other red wine
- 1 lb. mushrooms, halved
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, depending on your model of slow cooker. Thicken sauce if desired before serving.
