1 package Sauer's Beef Stew Baking Bag2 lbs. stew beef, cut into 1 inch cubes5 cups cut up vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, celery)¼ cup flour1 1/3 cups water
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place baking bag into 13x9 inch baking pan. Put beef and vegetables into bag. Mix seasoning, flour and water until smooth and pour over beef and vegetables. Close bag with nylon tie and cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Place in oven and cook for 1½ hours or until done. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
