Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook in a skillet until done. While chicken is cooking, whisk sauce mix, water and oil together in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently. Combine chicken and sauce. Serve over cooked pasta.
