Ingredients

Preparation

Add 1 tsp. of vinegar to ½ cup boiling water. Drop food color into mixture as specified below to obtain desired shade. Immerse eggs in mixture and remove when brightly colored.

Orange 5 parts yellow + 1 part red
Aqua 5 parts blue + 1 part green
Purple 4 parts red + 1 part blue
Brown 4 parts yellow + 3 parts red + 2 parts green
