Herb Mustard Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp. salt or to taste
- ¾ cup oil
- 2 tsp. Sauer's Italian Seasoning or Sauer's Lemon Herb Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style prepared mustard
- Sauer's Peppermill Grind Black Pepper to taste
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and salt with a wire whisk. Gradually whisk in the oil.
2. Add seasoning, mustard, and pepper, blending well.
3. Serve over salads, cold meats, and poultry.
