Microwave Chocolate Mint Fondue

Ingredients for Dippers

  • Pound cake squares
  • Fresh peeled pineapple cubes or spears
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Peeled banana chunks
  • Ice cream of choice (optional)

Preparation

1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a 4-cup glass measure.

2. Cover loosely and microwave on medium (50% power) 5-7 minutes or until mixture is thick and smooth, stirring at 1 minute increments.

3. Stir in extract.

4. Serve with assorted dippers or use as a sauce for ice cream.
