Sage Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. seasoned bread cubes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. Sauer's Rubbed Sage
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat. Add onion and celery to pan and sauté until translucent.

3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

4. Pour into a buttered baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.

5. Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes to crisp top of stuffing.
